The Elms has developed a well-deserved reputation for its excellent British food, whether it be lunch, dinner or afternoon tea, it is the perfect way to catch up with old friends or celebrate an occasion.

Using the finest blends of ingredients for detoxifying and purification of the body, this 60-minute treatment starts with top-to-toe body-brushing to stimulate and detoxify. The body is then smoothed with an application of Glorious Mud a warm vitamin and mineral rich mud which helps nourish and purify the skin. Once cocooned in a cosy wrap, the relaxation process is then taken to another level with a glorious face and scalp massage.

A deeply therapeutic 120-minutes ritual to release tension and stress bringing the mind and body into harmonious balance. Using advanced Balinese and Lomi Lomi techniques, originating from Hawaii, the body is exfoliated followed by an application of our nourishing Gaia mud. Once showered, a Gaia blend of your choice is poured warmly onto the body for a muscle easing massage. The Gaia rejuvenating face treatment will complete this ritual leaving a natural feeling of wellbeing, whilst skin is left smooth and replenished.
