Must be used within 12 months after purchase. The Greenhouse Spa reserves the right to refuse and cancel treatments should the recipient have a medical condition that may result in injury or complications should the treatment be carried out. Please be advised; We have a 48-hour cancellation policy, any cancellations within this time will be charged in full and voucher redeemed. Non-arrivals will incur a 100% charge. All treatments and spa days are non refundable and non transferable after the original 48 hour cancellation period. All medical conditions should be declared at the time of booking, or at the earliest convenience. This includes both current and previous medical conditions, such as Cancer, Diabetes, Psoriasis, Fungal Nail Infections, Arthritis, Hepatitis, pregnancy, stroke/seizure, recent bone breaks or dislocations etc. If you are unsure as to whether your medical condition is relevant, please still inform our Spa team so that we can advise you further. Please be advised, this does not include Spa facility use.
